These terms govern your use of the Sebastian app and related services. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the app.
The service
Sebastian is a trip-planning app for small groups. Features include shared maps, place intake from links, itineraries, polls, expenses, optional live location sharing, and paid capacity upgrades. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where required.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account in Settings at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other people’s data, interfere with the app or servers, or use Sebastian for unlawful activity. Trip content you add must be content you have the right to share with your group.
Purchases and subscriptions
Optional paid features include unlocking a single trip and an auto-renewable yearly plan, plus optional tips. Payments are charged to your Apple ID through In-App Purchase. Yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Free-tier limits (members, days, and places) apply until a trip is unlocked or you have an active plan.
Location
Live location sharing is optional, time-limited, and visible only to members of that trip. You can stop sharing at any time.

Sebastian is provided “as is.” Place hours, maps, and third-party listings can be incomplete or out of date. We are not responsible for travel decisions, bookings, or disputes among trip members.

請勿濫用服務、試圖存取他人資料、干擾 App 或伺服器，或將 Sebastian 用於違法活動。你加入的旅程內容必須是你有權與同行成員分享的內容。
購買與訂閱
選擇性付費功能包括解鎖單一旅程、自動續訂的年費方案，以及可選的打賞。款項透過 App 內購買記入你的 Apple ID。年費訂閱會自動續訂，除非你在目前期間結束前至少 24 小時取消。你可以在 Apple ID 帳戶設定中管理或取消訂閱。在旅程解鎖或你擁有有效方案之前，免費方案的人數、天數與地點上限仍然適用。
位置
即時位置分享為選擇性、限時功能，且僅該旅程成員可見。你可以隨時停止分享。
