Privacy Policy

Sebastian helps you plan trips with friends. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information such as your email address, display name, and sign-in identifiers from Apple, Google, or email.
Trip content you create or share, including destinations, itineraries, polls, expenses, notes, and compact signatures.
Places and links you add, including content resolved from third-party map or social links, and place search queries you enter to find destinations.
Receipt photos you attach to expenses.
Precise location to show where you are on the trip map and recenter the map (processed on device). Precise location is sent to our servers only when you choose to share live location with trip members for a short period.
Push notification device tokens and your notification preferences.
In-app purchase records processed by Apple (we do not receive your full payment card details).

How we use information

We use your information to authenticate you, sync trip data with your travel group, show maps and place details, send the notifications you enable, process capacity unlocks and subscriptions, and keep the service reliable and secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

Trip data is visible to members of trips you join or create. We use service providers such as Firebase (authentication and push), Google Maps (places and routing), and Apple (Sign in with Apple and In-App Purchase). Those providers process data under their own privacy policies.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and trip data while your account is active. You can delete trip content in the app. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your personal information, deletes trips you own alone, transfers trips that still have other members, and removes you from those trips. Historical expense records on remaining trips may keep an anonymized placeholder so shared ledgers stay consistent.

Your choices

You can update your display name, language, and notification preferences in Settings. Live location sharing is optional and expires automatically. You can stop using the app or delete your account at any time.

我們收集的資料

我們如何使用資料

我們使用你的資料以驗證身分、與同行成員同步旅程、顯示地圖與地點、發送你啟用的通知、處理人數解鎖與訂閱，以及維持服務穩定與安全。我們不會出售你的個人資料。

旅程資料會與你加入或建立的旅程成員分享。我們使用 Firebase（驗證與推播）、Google 地圖（地點與路線）及 Apple（使用 Apple 登入與 App 內購買）等服務供應商，他們依其各自的私隱政策處理資料。

保留與刪除

帳戶有效期間我們會保留帳戶與旅程資料。你可以在 App 內刪除旅程內容。你可隨時在「設定 → 刪除帳戶」刪除帳戶。刪除帳戶會移除你的個人資料、刪除僅由你擁有的旅程、將仍有其他成員的旅程轉移給其他成員，並將你從那些旅程移除。留存旅程上的歷史開支紀錄可能保留匿名佔位，以便共同帳本保持一致。

你的選擇

你可以在設定中更新顯示名稱、語言與通知偏好。即時位置分享為選擇性功能，並會自動到期。你可以隨時停止使用 App 或刪除帳戶。
